Purpose/Scope:
Creative ministry leader will be assigned by the Pastor.  Creativity is demanded of leaders. Our ability to point the way forward and to encourage people to follow is partly dependent upon our creative ability. Creative ministry team is to aide in helping people connect Biblical truths to their daily life through song interpretation.  Creative ministry can be used to help with big days/events, holidays and special happenings at theCrossroads.

PROCEDURE

1. All creative ministry members must be approved by the Pastor to participate in the set dates that the creative ministry is needed
2. All creative ministry members must be active members of a campus of theCrossroads.
3. Members must be able to attend all scheduled practices unless previous conflict of schedule has been discussed with C.M. Leader
4. No more than 2 practices per performance can be missed; if 2 or more practices are missed, member cannot perform in the event practices are being held for.
5. All C.M. most adhere to the platform standards that have been set forth by The Crossroads.
6. Ladies hair should be pinned up unless needed down for performance purposes.  Modesty should be up held before, during and after performances. Clothing  should cover armpits, midriff, shoulders, knees etc – no matter the movement that is needed
7. Men clothing should cover armpits, midriff, shoulders - no matter the movement that is needed.  Pants must be worn, no shorts.
8. Clothing should not be form fitted or tight, clothing should be loose enough to move freely but modest.
9. CM leader will provide all music to participants and ensure all materials needed are available.
