Senior Pastor
On November 23, 2025, Christopher and Misrah became the fifth pastor at our church. Pastor follows closely to the apostle's doctrine in his teaching and believes that everyone can be saved no matter what they have been through, or what they have done.

A.J. and Cathy Dummitt

Bishop
In 2001, A.J. and Cathy became the fourth pastor at our church and faithfully served for 24 years. In 2025, A.J. was elected to the position of Global Missions Director of Promotions. This new role required him and his family to relocate to St. Louis, making it impossible for him to continue as Senior Pastor of The Crossroads. In recognition of his and his family’s many years of dedicated service to both the church and the community, the congregation chose to honor him by appointing him as a Church Bishop, a role in which he continues to offer guidance and support to the current senior pastor.
Aside from our senior pastor our church is overseen by a group of trustees. The trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Senior Pastor & Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church.
