Elements System

PURPOSE
Elements is a systematic teaching design to ground new people in the Word of God.  A program design to help the church retain new believers.

PROCEDURE

INSTRUCTOR GUIDELINES
  • Contact and recruit all recent members to attend group.
  • Go into Small Groups - Elements and add members, Set Events including reminder emails.
  • Review all material in Leaders Guide before each lesson.  Give a Participants Guidebooks to each member. Tell them they cost $10 and that they can put in as offering anytime. If they are unable don’t pressure. There are also Scriptural handouts for each lesson available for each week.
  • Follow directions in the Leaders Guide for each lesson, be sure to allow for discussion of every lesson.
  • Pray for the members and be in contact with them more than just in class.
  • Members can start at the beginning of any module and come back for any lesson they missed the next time it is taught.
  • At the end of each Module, fill out Certificate of Completion for each member.

MODULE BASED LEARNING
Elements is built around four modules each containing six lessons. These modules focus learners on key topics, allowing them to progress through the material in a systematic fashion. Additionally, the discussion format of lessons empowers participants to discover and own Apostolic truth for themselves.

5.  In Step with the Spirit (Fruit of the Spirit)
6.  Separated for a Purpose
