Growth Track Step Two System

Purpose/Scope:
This system details how theCrossroads Growth Track Step 2 will be conducted. The goal is to help our guests and regular attenders become members and get involved at theCrossroads, by helping them discover their purpose and encourage them to make a difference on the Dream Team.
PROMOTION
1. Announcements - Growth Track needs to be mentioned to first time guests during guest reception.
2. Monday - video email or text from the Pastor (35-40 seconds)
3. Tuesday - office sends out a form letter with an invite for the Growth Track.
4. Thursday - Office sends out an email detailing what to expect and asking for a response.
5. Saturday - System Owner will make a check registration to see how many to expect on Sunday. Find out how many and pass on the number of guests expected to the Growth Track Hosts.
6. Ministry Team Alerted - the children and/or teen team members will be invited if the guests have children or teens.

GROWTH TRACK - STEP TWO (Second Sunday of Each Month)
PROCEDURE
SET UP
After 1pm Service Ends
- Wait 5-10 minutes to allow everyone to leave. (Be alert, don’t rush off guests).
- Music (2022 Pre-Service Loop) should be playing softly after service ends.
- Begin removing chairs from the front - depending on how many tables we need for Growth Track.
- Bring out the round tables from the baptismal closet (right) and set up.
- Put the black spandex table covers on the tables completely.
- Set up the 8 foot rectangle tables in the back corner for food and put the correct table covers on.
- Sit 6-8 chairs around each table depending on the number needed.
- Bring any left over coffee into the sanctuary for the Growth Track.
- Help bring food in from whoever has picked it up (or if it is delivered).
- Carefully scoot the pulpit out of the way (do not lift from the top).
GROWTH TRACK STEP TWO
- Make sure all guests are greeted and welcomed - Growth Track Hosts.
- Give everyone a Name Label as they find a seat.
- Put up a 5 minute countdown to signify start time.
- At start time, Growth Track Leader will welcome everyone, give quick instructions and pray over the food.
- Boxed Food "Lunch/Dinner" Options will be available on the food tables as well as drinks.
- Growth Track Hosts should continue watching and serving wherever necessary to help things go smoothly for everyone involved.
- Possibly run another countdown to let everyone know when the “class” will begin.
- At the proper time, the Growth Track Leader will get up and make an introduction to what is going to be covered and the reasoning for GT Step Two .
- After the introduction, the Production GT member will start the video of Step 2 from Pastor Dummitt.
- 10 After the Step 2 video, Growth Track Leader will again take charge and give instructions as well as answer any questions. Help with the Assessments as needed.
- 11. Give instructions to register for GT Step 3, and any other necessary steps.
TAKE DOWN/CLEAN UP
After GT Step 2 Ends
- Wait a few minutes to allow everyone to leave. (Be alert, don’t rush off guests).
- Stack up chairs or move them out of the way…as needed.
- Shut all of the technology and sound system down properly. (GT Production Team member).
- Begin removing table covers and then taking down tables.
- Put the round tables back into the baptismal closet (right).
- Put the black spandex table covers into the laundry basket to give to the GT Cleaning Team member.
- Put the 8 foot rectangle tables back into the furnace room.
- Put all the coffee items away and make sure everything is washed out. (Cleaning Team Member)
- Follow instructions from Growth Track Hosts about how to take care of any left over food. (Make sure everything is cleaned up or put away properly).
- Carefully scoot the pulpit back to the center (do not lift from the top).
- Spot vacuum or clean up the carpet as needed.
- Put chairs back in the general area of where they go, but no need to set them up perfectly - that will be taken care of during the week.
- After everything has been turned off make sure doors are locked on your way out.

- Fed Up BBQ Order Must Be Placed on Wednesday or Thursday, and paid for before Sunday if possible.

- Always estimate a few more than what has RSVP'd to make sure that we have enough sandwiches.
- Ask pastor or other team member for help with numbers or payment if necessary.
