Purpose and Scope:
It is great when guests visit theCrossroads, but it is really hard to follow up with them if we don't get any of their information. This system will insure that we are able to obtain the pertinent and vital information of anyone who visits our church and is willing to share it with us.

Procedure:
Promote in and around Services (https://crossroadsupc.churchcenter.com/people/forms/86525)

1. Guests are greeted warmly and offered an iPad or tablet with the digital connection card pulled up and ready to fill out.
2. Digital connection card will be promoted right before and during service via announcement or video.
3. Link to digital connection card is also available in the church app and on the church flowpage with the qr code.
4. Print cards and codes...
5. Ending service reminder about digital connection card, turning in their printed card, or stopping by guest reception.

Planning Center People

1. If they fill out a connection card digitally (or we fill one out for them, from print card etc..) - they will be in PC People and can be found easily to check in for the service.
2. If they fill out a paper card - we must input their information on a digital connection card to achieve the above results.
3. We also have a church website link for the digital connection card.
