System Owner: Elder Dummitt

Purpose/Scope:
This system details how we maintain the lawn and landscaping, parking lot and walk ways for the church campus.

Responsibility:

• Maintain the grounds, walk ways and parking lots.
• Maintain the lawn equipment.
• Keep Leadership apprised of any major issues regarding the grounds.

Procedure:

LAWN CARE

• Cut grass, trim trees as necessary and weed eat. Remove weeds from around the pavilion, parking lot, doors and entry ways as necessary.
• Pick up any trash around property and make sure ditch is maintained.
• Trim and clear all the space around the sign and mailbox.

EQUIPMENT CARE

• Maintain any and all lawn equipment.
• Check gas and oil before every use.
• Regularly check belts, tires and blades, and keep the blades clean of grass.
• Let system owner know if any accidents or damages happen, when they happen.

WEEKLY/MONTHLY NEEDS

• Let system owner know if gas or two cycle oil is needed for the usage of equipment.
• If you have to purchase gas or oil for the equipment usage, please give the receipt to the system owner to be reimbursed or get credit from the church.

WINTER CARE

• Check parking lots, walkways, and entryways for ice or snow. 
• Arrive at least an hour before service to clean and salt the walk ways. 
• Repeat as necessary. 
• Please notify the system owner of any supplies that are needed or low.
