Member Care System

Purpose and Scope:
To help meet the needs of the members within the local church. Needs may consist of a death of an immediate family member, hospital visitation and prayer of a church member, or financial crisis of a church member in good standing.

This system has been reviewed with me and I have had an opportunity to ask questions and discuss pertinent details. I understand my role on the team.
Purpose and Scope:

PROCEDURE:
- Prayer Requests from Cards and eCards need to be listed and sent to Prayer Team System Owner each Sunday.
- This is being handled by Petra Davis and Crystal Abbott and the procedure for it has been updated on the Prayer Team System.
- Make the Care & Follow Up Team leaders aware of member's needs.
- The team leaders will put the action necessary for the need into motion.
- Death of an immediate family member - a sympathy card planter and/or throw blanket.
- Hospital stay - visitation by a member's team and given a crossroads blanket.
- Financial need - the situation given to pastor and or board members to be discussed, what if anything can be done to help.
