Must complete the following:

• Active, faithful member of theCrossroads
• Complete Growth Track (Steps 1-3)
• Must have signed the Membership Covenant and Leadership Honor Code
• Meet with Small Groups Team Leaders
• Attend Small Group Kick off Meeting
