Youth Registration, Calendar and Promotion System
System Owner: John Wayne Hansbro
This system is a work in progress this year. As John Wayne goes through these areas, he will write the systems.
All of these areas are important for planning and keeping everyone on the same page. It helps us streamline registrations to events. The calendar helps us secure dates for events so that places or people are not double booked. Promotions serve as reminders for parents, students and staff of events and anything needed for the event.
Calendar – John Wayne – Write a “How To” add events to the calendars in this section
Make sure all events get put into the church calendar and into the youth calendar.
Each event planner will get you the information for their event (date, time, location etc.)
Help them make a graphic to use for social media and ProPresenter announcements.
Registrations – John Wayne – Write a “How To” create and event with registration in this section
If their event requires registrations, they will get you all the required information so you can create the event and set up the registration in the app.
Teach others how to be able to create events with registrations. Make sure Tiff Hansbro and Johnathan and Sheila Morales all know how to do this.
Double check details if someone else create their own, so if anything is missing, we can get it fixed right away.
Promotions – John Wayne – Write a “How To” access social media accounts (logins etc.) in this section
Promote any event by posting it on social media and in the church app on all necessary text channels. (Youth Information, Youth Committee and Hyphen)
Promote any event by making sure it is in the announcements at the end of service when necessary.
Acknowledge This system has been reviewed with me and I have had an opportunity to ask questions and discuss pertinent details. I understand my role on the team. Background checks are only required if over 18 years of age. If you are over 18, we will order a background check.
