This system details how the guests are welcomed by our Parking Lot Attendants from the second they pull onto our property until they walk in the front or side doors.

Purpose/Scope:
This system details how the guests are welcomed by our Parking Lot Attendants from the second they pull onto our property until they walk in the front or side doors.
Procedure:
- Must be at church one hour before service starts.
- Receive/review your assignment.
- Get any of the supplies needed ready, which will be in the F.I.T. cabinet located in the meeting room.
- Make yourself very familiar with the church app calendar events.
- Pray together with the First Impressions Team.
Be at your post 40 minutes before service.
When at your posts be focused on why you are there, be extremely aware of all guests and their needs, and welcome the church members. - Attendants are the first people the guests see. (Be friendly and outgoing).
- Check the weather and come prepared. (People believe you really care when you are out in extreme temperatures).
- After prayer, the attendants will receive a two-way radio, a parking vest, and an umbrella or other necessary equipment.
- Parking Attendants will set out the church signs and cones.
- Parking Attendants will be on the alert for anyone who may need special assistance: walker, wheelchair, or baby car seat.
Front Parking Attendant
- Needs to be 4 to 10 feet from initial entrance.
- Front Parking Attendant introduces himself, gets the guest names, and inform them of the first-time guests parking spaces. Direct them to the spaces.
- Front Parking Attendant passes along the names to the Middle and Back parking attendant.
- Parking Attendants will put out the church signs and cones before and after service.
Middle Parking Attendant
- Uses cones to protect guest parking spaces.
- Middle Parking Attendant waits until they open the door, then greets them by name as they get out of the car and welcomes them to the Crossroads.
- Middle Parking Attendant will escort the guest to the side door and introduce them to the side door Greeter.
- Parking Attendants will put out the church signs and cones before and after service.
Back Parking Attendant
- Back Parking Attendant waits until they open the door, then greets them by name as they get out of the car and welcomes them to the Crossroads.
- Back Parking Attendant will escort the guest to the front door and introduce them to the front door Greeter.
- Parking Attendants will put out the church signs and cones before and after service.
