PROCEDURE

SET UP

  • Wait 5-10 minutes to allow everyone to leave. (Be alert, don’t rush off guests).
  • Music (2022 Pre-Service Loop) should be playing softly after service ends.
  • Begin removing chairs from the front - depending on how many tables we need for Growth Track.
  • Bring out the round tables from the baptismal closet (right) and set up.
  • Put the black spandex table covers on the tables completely.
  • Set up the 8 foot rectangle tables in the back corner for food and put the correct table covers on.
  • Sit 6-8 chairs around each table depending on the number needed.
  • Bring any left over coffee into the sanctuary for the Growth Track.
  • Help bring food over from fellowship hall and set up on the food tables.
  • Carefully scoot the pulpit out of the way (do not lift from the top).

GROWTH TRACK STEP ONE
  1. Make sure all guests are greeted and welcomed - Growth Track Hosts.
  2. Give everyone a Name Label as they find a seat.
  3. Put up a 5-10 minute countdown to signify start time.
  4. At start time, Growth Track Leader will welcome everyone, give quick instructions and pray over the food.
  5. Depending on the food set up, have a table lead the way to serve themselves on both sides of the table if possible.
  6. Growth Track Hosts should continue watching and serving wherever necessary to help things go smoothly for everyone involved.
  7. Possibly run another countdown to let everyone know when the “class” will begin.
  8. At the  proper time, the Growth Track Leader will get up and make an introduction to what is going to be covered and the reasoning for GT Step One .
  9. After the introduction, the Production GT member will start the video of Step 1 from Pastor Dummitt.
  10. After the Step 1 video, Growth Track Leader will again take charge and give instructions as well as answer any questions. Then give instructions to register for GT Step 2, and any other necessary steps.
