System Owner:
PURPOSE:
We want everyone who attends theCrossroads services and events whether in-person or online to feel welcome and loved. We also want to encourage them to make a connection with us through our app/website or social media. The purpose of this system is to define how to best do both of these things at the same time, in as little time as possible during the service.
PROCEDURE:
1. MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:
2. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:
3. WORSHIP SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
(This greeting should be made with a huge smile and lots of energy if possible!!)
Opening Connection:
Welcome Everyone - We are so glad you are with us today, both in person and watching online. We are thrilled to have you as part of theCrossroads community! You matter to God, you matter to us - and we want you to feel welcome. During this service, we hope you will engage with the presence of God that you feel.
We would LOVE it if you would take a second to connect with us and share this service with someone. Did you know that you have access to fill-in notes, the Connection Card, Giving, social links, and so much more content for today’s service? Well, you do, without touching anything but your phone. It is as easy as pointing your smartphone camera at the QR code you see in front of you or clicking the link in the chat from social media.
If you haven't downloaded our free app yet, we highly recommend it! It is Easy, Interactive, and full of great content.
We are a lively church, so please don’t be a spectator today - join in and worship with us as we experience God together! If you are in service with us, clap, shout, sing, dance, and praise..If you are online, feel free to do the same, AND freely press the LIKE, LOVE and SHARE buttons - we are so glad you are here!
- PLEASE, feel free to be creative, but remember the PURPOSE is to help people connect during this time. we need to make the instructions to do so as SIMPLE as possible.
- If updates are needed because of changes or technology, please try to keep that in mind as well when speaking.
6. OTHER EXPECTATIONS:
Acknowledge:
