Areas of Service

Dream Team Check-In Team
Our team serves all Dream Team members by assisting with Check-in at services, conferences, and outreach events.
Age: 18+, Background check

Dream Team Host Team
Our team hosts our Dream Team members in Dream Team Central by providing food and encouragement during services and special events.

Kids Team
Our team serves children 6 weeks through 8th grade and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities. We also serve children and teens with special needs, providing support so that each one can participate in our environments successfully.
Background check

Students Team
Our team helps middle school, high school, and college students get connected to our Students ministry through North American Youth Congress, Kentucky Youth Convention, Small Groups, retreats, special events, youth services, and serving at the theCrossroads Students area.

Hyphen Team
Our team helps young adults get connected to ministry through our Small Groups, outreaches, retreats, and conferences. There are weekly serve opportunities on our team every Sunday.
Age: 18+

WORSHIP TEAM
Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

MISSIONS TEAM
Our Missions Team helps meet the practical and spiritual needs of our communities and strategic locations around the U.S. and all around the globe by leading and supporting initiatives that keep our focus on those who are still far from God.
- Background Checks required for some systems.

ONLINE CAMPUS TEAM
Our team connects with guests of theCrossroads from near and far through our Online Campus experience. We serve people in a live chat environment by warmly welcoming them to church, helping them find their next step, and praying over their needs.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM
Parking Team
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to theCrossroads by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Age: 15+

Usher Team
Our team of men assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.

Greeter Team
Our team welcomes people to theCrossroads as they enter the building and hands out service resources at the entrance to the auditorium.

Campus Host Team
Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by engaging everyone, whether in the lobby or in the auditorium.

First Responders Team
Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency.
- Current Medical Certification, Background Check

Security Team
Our team of security professionals serves by providing any direction or assistance in the event of a threat or emergency at our in-person services or events.
- Certification, Background Check, Other Permits as needed

Growth Track Host Team
Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at theCrossroads.

PRAYER TEAM
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at theCrossroads.

PRODUCTION TEAM
Our team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.

MEMBER CARE TEAM
Our team uses our gift of administration to support theCrossroads teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details. We also make sure the needs of our members are given the proper attention as we serve each other in love.

Information Team
Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.

Legacy Team
Our team is called and equipped to finance the Kingdom of God and to leave a legacy through our gift of giving.

Baptism Team
Our team prepares for and hosts the theCrossroads’ baptism experience.

Special Days / Series Team
Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church, including baptism, conferences, and special events.

Events Team
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by facilitating excellent environments and creating memorable experiences through food, giveaways, and more.

SMALL GROUPS TEAM
Our team is trained to facilitate Small Groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Prayer Team

The Prayer Team is responsible for keeping our focus on prayer which is the foundation of everything we do at theCrossroads. Prayer requests, Saturday morning prayer, prayer and fasting focuses throughout the year, as well as altar working and intercessor teams.

Production /Online Team

The Production team takes care of all the technical production that happens each week to make our services possible. From Pro-Presenter, to live-streaming, lighting, photography and even sound.
The online campus team takes care of all of our online connections from social media to our website and church app and is primarily responsible for helping us stay close to our community through technology.

Small Groups Team

Our Small Groups team is responsible for the areas of discipleship, and Life Groups. Life Groups are about doing life together and meeting weekly for prayer, discussion, and encouragement. Our main goal is to apply what we are learning from God's word to our daily lives, and doing so together!

The Worship/Services Team covers our musicians, praise team, service organization, and preparation.

First Impressions Team

First Impressions Team

Our First Impressions Team deals with every aspect of welcoming guests to a church where Love is the   Answer. Parking lot attendants, Ushers, Greeters, Guest Reception, Hospitality, cleaning and maintenance, First Responders and even our Security Team. These people will be the first ones you come in contact with, and we know you will love your First Impression.

Pastoral Creative Team

Our Pastoral Creative Team is all about stage ambiance and decor, as well as our creative ministry, special days and events, calendar and events planning, and special series creation.

Guest Follow Up Team

The care and follow up team take care of our guest follow up, assimilation, pastor's lunch, Home Bible Studies, benevolence, hospital visitation, bereavement, and records & reporting. This team is vital to showing our members and guests that we are a church where Love is the Answer.

Missions Team

The Missions team is responsible for our specific community involvement initiatives like SERVE days, Nursing Home Services, marquee sign, global missions promotion, helpful classes for the community and Feeding America volunteering.

Our King's Kids Team combines the efforts of a lot of great people that serve in our Nursery and King's Kids.

Member Care Team

The Member Care Team is tasked with making sure that all of our current members are taken great care of. This covers assimilation, master scheduling, lawn & landscaping, hospital visitation, bereavement, and records & reporting. This team is vital to our members knowing we are a church where Love is the Answer.

The Ablaze students team at theCrossroads seeks to provide an atmosphere where every teenager can grow spiritually and experience God in a personal way.
